I, Joseph Krueger (“Creator”), hereby declare the following regarding all written content, including but not limited to text, communications, creative works, and other written materials (“Content”) created by me:

    • Use my Content for training, fine-tuning, or developing AI models
    • Include my Content in any AI training datasets
    • Incorporate my Content into any AI system or derivative works

  3. REQUIRED CONSENT Any AI Company wishing to use my Content must:

    • Obtain my explicit written consent prior to any use
    • Clearly specify the intended use, scope, and duration of use
    • Provide fair compensation as mutually agreed upon
    • Implement technical measures to prevent unauthorized use

  4. ENFORCEMENT

    • This disclaimer constitutes legally binding notice of my rights and intentions

    • I reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies for unauthorized use
